INGREDIENTS:
- 1 rice cup (takal) malagkit rice, washed
- 1 rice cup (takal) water
- ½ rice cup (takal) or
½ pack Datu Puti Adobo Series – Humba (180 mL)
- ½ rice cup (takal) UFC Shiitake Mushroom (50 g), drained
- 25 g or ½ pc chorizo / Chinese Sausage
- 10 g ginger, strips
- 20 g pork belly, sliced or leftover pork
- 2 Tbsp adobong mani
- 1 stalk (50 g) mustasa
*Note: Rice cup, commonly known as takal, is a 180 mL cup usually included with rice cookers.
PROCEDURE:
- In a rice cooker pot, dump all ingredients except for adobong mani and mustasa.
- Cover rice cooker. Plug and press cook. Cook for 18 – 20 minutes, usually when the rice cooker switches to “warm” mode.
- Add adobong mani and mustasa. Cover and rest for 2 minutes to allow mustasa to cook.
- Mix then serve.
