INGREDIENTS:
- 400 – 500 g liempo, sliced into small strips
- 1 pack (80 g) UFC Oppa Mix
- Lettuce (optional)
PROCEDURE:
- In a rice cooker, add pork and UFC Oppa Mix.
- Mix until meat is fully coated.
- Cover rice cooker. Plug and press cook.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sauce from burning.
- Serve with rice, lettuce or both!
