Rice Cooker Korean BBQ Pork

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 – 500 g liempo, sliced into small strips
  • 1 pack (80 g) UFC Oppa Mix
  • Lettuce (optional)

 

PROCEDURE:

  1. In a rice cooker, add pork and UFC Oppa Mix.
  2. Mix until meat is fully coated.
  3. Cover rice cooker. Plug and press cook.
  4. Stir occasionally to prevent sauce from burning.
  5. Serve with rice, lettuce or both!
