INGREDIENTS:
- 1 rice cup* rice, pre-washed
- 1 ½ rice cup water
- 100 g chicken thigh fillet, sliced
- 1 pc small Red onion, sliced
- 5 g Ginger, cut into strips
- 50 g Sayote / Papaya, sliced
- 10 pcs Dahon ng sili (optional)
- 1 Tbsp Datu Puti Fish Sauce
- ½ – 1 pack (8 g) Silver Swan Wow Sarap All – in – One Seasoning
*Note: Rice cup, commonly known as takal, is a 180 mL cup usually included with rice cookers.
PROCEDURE:
- In a rice cooker, add all ingredients.
- Cover rice cooker. Plug and press cook.
- Once cooked, mix and serve!
