Rice Cooker Tinola Rice

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 rice cup* rice, pre-washed
  • 1 ½ rice cup water
  • 100 g chicken thigh fillet, sliced

 

  • 1 pc small Red onion, sliced
  • 5 g Ginger, cut into strips

 

  • 50 g Sayote / Papaya, sliced
  • 10 pcs Dahon ng sili (optional)

 

 

*Note: Rice cup, commonly known as takal, is a 180 mL cup usually included with rice cookers.

 

PROCEDURE:

  1. In a rice cooker, add all ingredients.
  2. Cover rice cooker. Plug and press cook.
  3. Once cooked, mix and serve!
