Seafood Menudo Sopas

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Chorizo de Bilbao
  • 1 Medium Onion, diced
  • 250 g Shrimps, peeled
  • 250 g Tahong or Clams
  • 250 g Squid sliced
  • 250 g Fish (optional)
  • 1 pack UFC Ready Recipes Menudo Mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • 1. Sautee Onions and Chorizo.
  • 2. Mix in Seafood.
  • 3. Add UFC Ready Recipes Menudo Mix and water. Simmer to cook seafood.
  • 4. Season to taste.

Note: For a hotpot experience, you can add squid balls/assorted seafood balls, vegetables, and rice noodles.
