Ingredients:
- ½ kg beef round , cut into chunks
- 150 g pork fat, cut into chunks
- 150 g potatoes, cut itno chunks and fried
- 8 pc sibuyas Tagalog, peeled
- 8 pc sibuyas Tagalog, peeled
- 1 pouch (200 g) UFC Ready Recipes Mechado Sauce
- 1 pc red bell pepper, sliced
- ¼ cup GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
Marinade:
- 1 tsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp calamansi juice
- 1 tsp calamansi juice
Procedure:
- 1. Marinate beef and pork fat for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Brown in Golden Fiesta oil . Set aside.
- 2. In the remaining oil, saute sibuyas. Add 1 cup water and remaining ingredients except potatoes and bell pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally , adding more water as needed.
- 3. Add potatoes and bell pepper. Serve .
