Sweet And Sour Pork

SWEET AND SOUR PORK

  1. 250 grams Pork kasim, sliced thinly
  2. 1 tsp Liquid Seasoning
  3. 1 cup Water with 4 pieces ice cubes
  4. 1 cup All-purpose flour
  5. 2 cups Golden Fiesta Palm Oil

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE

  1. 2 Tbps Datu Puti Vinegar
  2. ½ cup UFC Banana Catsup
  3. ¼ cup Pineapple tidbits
  4. ½ cup Water
  5. ½ cup Brown Sugar
  6. 2 tsp Cornstarch dissolved in 1  tablespoon water
  7. 1 tsp Liquid Seasoning
  8. 1 tbsp Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
  9. 1 pc Onion, quartered
  10. ½  pc Red bell pepper, seeded and cut  into triangles
  11. ½  pc Green bell pepper, seeded and cut  into triangles

PREPARATION

  • 1. Season pork kasim with Liquid Seasoning. Set aside for 30 minutes
  • 2. Prepare the Sweet and Sour Sauce by heating Datu Puti Vinegar, UFC Banana Catsup, pineapple tidbits, water, brown sugar, liquid seasoning, and cornstarch water in a pan.
  • 3. Boil until it thickens. Set aside
  • 4. Dip pork in ice water then flour. Repeat two times.
  • 5. Heat Golden Fiesta Palm Oil in a deep pot, and then fry pork until golden brown,  about 5 minutes.
  • 6. In a separate pan, heat Golden Fiesta Palm Oil and sauté onion, red and green bell  peppers. Toss fried pork into the Sweet and Sour Pork Sauce until evenly coated.
  • 7. Add sautéed vegetables.
