Tasty Barbecue

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1-1/4 kg  pork liempo, sliced

MARINADE:

  1. 1 pouch (144 ml) DATU PUTI  BBQ-rrific Barbecue  Marinade
  2. 1/3 cup UFC Sweet Chili Sauce
  3. 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  4. 1 tsp UFC Whole Pepper, cracked
  5. 1 pack (4 g) WOW Sarap All-in-One  Seasoning Granules

Procedure:

  • 1. Marinate pork for 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • 2. Strain marinade and simmer for 5 minutes or until thicken. Set aside.
  • 3. Charcoal or pan-grill meat while basting with marinade on both sides until cooked .  Serve .
