Tomato Egg Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 4 Large Eggs, beaten
  2. 4 Medium Tomatoes, chopped
  3. 1 Tbsp chopped Garlic
  4. 4 Cups Cooked Rice
  5. ¼ cup Silver Swan Soy Sauce

PREPARATION:

  • 1. Heat oil. Add egg and stir to cook.
  • 2. Sauté garlic, tomatoes and cooked rice.
  • 3. Season with soy sauce. Stir.
  • 4. Add green onions and egg. Serve.
