INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Large Eggs, beaten
- 4 Medium Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Tbsp chopped Garlic
- 4 Cups Cooked Rice
- ¼ cup Silver Swan Soy Sauce
PREPARATION:
- 1. Heat oil. Add egg and stir to cook.
- 2. Sauté garlic, tomatoes and cooked rice.
- 3. Season with soy sauce. Stir.
- 4. Add green onions and egg. Serve.
