INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 Tbsp GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 small onion , sliced
- 4 pc hotdog, diced
- 1 can (220 g) meatloaf, diced
- 1 pc medium potato , diced
- 1 pc small carrot, diced
- 1 small sayote , diced
- 1 pouch (200 g) UFC Ready Recipe Menudo Sauce
- 2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
- ½ cup UFC Green Peas
- ¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- ¼ – 1/2 cup water
PROCEDURE
- Heat Golden Fiesta Oil . Saute garlic, onion, hotdog and meatloaf. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
