Chicken Satay
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken Marinade
- 1/2 kilo cubed chicken breast
- 2 tbsps. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Jufran Thai Fish Sauce
- 4 tbsps. Jufran Sriracha Ketchup
- 1 tbsp UFC Curry Powder
- 2 tbsps. brown sugar
- 2 tbsps. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 2 tbsps. oil
PEANUT SAUCE:
- 2 tbsps. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. UFC Curry Powder
- 2 tsps. soy sauce
- 1 cup milk (evaporated /fresh / coconut)
- 1 tsp. Jufran Sriracha
- 2 tbsps. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- Black Pepper
GARNISH:
- Crushed peanuts
- Wansuy
PROCEDURE:
- In a medium bowl, combine chicken, Jufran Thai Fish Sauce, soy sauce, sugar, curry powder, garlic, peanut butter, Jufran Banana Ketchup and Jufran Sriracha. Mix well.
- Marinate for 30 minutes or overnight for best results.
- Thread chicken onto skewers. Set aside.
- Heat up a small pot. Put in coconut milk.
- Whisk together Jufran Sriracha, curry powder, sugar, soy sauce and peanut butter. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add some crushed peanuts.
- Heat up a pan grill and put the chicken skewers.
- Brush with oil and some excess chicken marinade.
- Grill the chicken, turning occasionally, until completely cooked through.
- Remove from pan and serve with peanut sauce.
- Garnish with crushed peanuts and wansuy.
Mi Goreng
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup chicken breast strips
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 minced onion
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 4 tsps. Jufran Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsps. oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp. UFC Curry Powder
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup julienned carrots
- 1 egg
- Sliced onion leeks
- 2 cups noodles
PROCEDURE
- Heat up oil in a wok.
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce. Set aside.
- Sauté onion, garlic and ginger.
- Add the marinated chicken and continue to sauté.
- Put carrots and curry powder. Continue stirring.
- Add Jufran Sweet Chili Sauce and oyster sauce. Season with black pepper.
- Put the noodles on one side of the wok, and pour the beaten egg on the other side and toss.
- Add Jufran Red Hot Chili Sauce.
- Put the bean sprouts snd spring onions.
- Remove from wok and transfer to a serving plate.
- Garnish with crushed peanuts snd wansuy.
- Drizzle with sesame oil.
Gado-Gado
INGREDIENTS
MIXED GREENS:
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Onion
- Boiled egg
- Fried Tofu
- Bean Sprouts
- Lettuce
- Potato
DRESSING:
- 4 tbsps. Jufran Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 4 tbsps. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tbsps. water
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- Black pepper
PROCEDURE FOR THE DRESSING:
- In a small bowl, whisk together Jufran Sweet Chili Sauce, peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and water.
- Serve with prepared mixed greens.
