PORK STEAK WITH PEPPER MUSHROOM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  1. Pork Steak Marinade:
  2. 2 pcs. pork steak or pork chops
  3. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  4. 1 tsp. UFC Garlic Powder
  5. 1 tsp. dried basil
  6. 1 tbsp. UFC Banana Catsup
  7. 1 tbsp. calamansi juice
  8. 1 tbsp. oil

FOR THE SAUCE:

  1. 1 tbsp. butter
  2. 1/2 cup UFC canned mushrooms
  3. 1 cup chicken stoc
  4. 2 tbps. flour
  5. 3 tbsps. evaporated milk
  6. 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  7. 1 tbsp. Paprika
  8. Salt
  9. UFC Cracked Black pepper

SIDING:

  1. UFC canned whole kernel corns

GARNISH:

  1. Chopped spring onions

PROCEDURE

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, calamansi juice, UFC Banana Catsup, dried basil, UFC Garlic Powder and oil. Mix well.
  2. Put the pork steaks in the sauce mixture and marinate for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Heat up oil in a pan and put the marinated pork. Sear for 4 minutes each side. Do not overcook.
  4. Remove the seared pork from pan and transfer to a serving plate.
  5. In the same pan, saute UFC canned mushrooms. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from pan and set aside.
  6. In the same pan, melt butter.
  7. Add flour to make a roux.
  8. Pour in chicken stock and mix thoroughly.
  9. Add soy sauce and evaporated milk.
  10. Season with paprika and UFC Cracked Black pepper and remove from heat.
  11. Pour the sauce over the pork. Put mushrooms on top and UFC canned corn on the side.

ORIENTAL CHICKEN PASTA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 kilo sliced chicken breast fillet
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsps. UFC Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsps. oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 3 tbsps. UFC canned sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • Onion leeks
  • 2 tbsps. soy sauce
  • 3 cups cooked spaghetti noodles

GARNISH

  • Wansuy

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat up oil in a pan.
  2. Season the chicken with soy sauce and let sit foe a few minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, combine UFC Sweet Chili Sauce, oyster sauce, peanut butter and sesame oil. Mix well.
  4. Heat up oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms. Add garlic.
  5. Add the sauce mixture in the pan. Stir.
  6. Pour chicken stock and continue stirring.
  7. Toss the noodles into the chicken and the sauce. Make sure all the strands are coated with sauce.
  8. Add onion leeks and soy sauce and toss some more.
  9. Remove from pan and transfer to a serving plate.
  10. Garnish with fresh wansuy.

Chili Prawns

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo prawns
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsps. cornstarch
  • 3 tbsps. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 small sliced onion
  • 3 tbsps. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 3 tbsps. UFC Hot & Spicy Banana Catsup
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pc. sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 sliced green chili
  • 2 tbsps. calamansi juice
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1 pc. egg
