PORK STEAK WITH PEPPER MUSHROOM SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- Pork Steak Marinade:
- 2 pcs. pork steak or pork chops
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp. UFC Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tbsp. UFC Banana Catsup
- 1 tbsp. calamansi juice
- 1 tbsp. oil
FOR THE SAUCE:
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup UFC canned mushrooms
- 1 cup chicken stoc
- 2 tbps. flour
- 3 tbsps. evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Paprika
- Salt
- UFC Cracked Black pepper
SIDING:
- UFC canned whole kernel corns
GARNISH:
- Chopped spring onions
PROCEDURE
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, calamansi juice, UFC Banana Catsup, dried basil, UFC Garlic Powder and oil. Mix well.
- Put the pork steaks in the sauce mixture and marinate for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
- Heat up oil in a pan and put the marinated pork. Sear for 4 minutes each side. Do not overcook.
- Remove the seared pork from pan and transfer to a serving plate.
- In the same pan, saute UFC canned mushrooms. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter.
- Add flour to make a roux.
- Pour in chicken stock and mix thoroughly.
- Add soy sauce and evaporated milk.
- Season with paprika and UFC Cracked Black pepper and remove from heat.
- Pour the sauce over the pork. Put mushrooms on top and UFC canned corn on the side.
ORIENTAL CHICKEN PASTA
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 kilo sliced chicken breast fillet
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsps. UFC Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsps. oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 3 tbsps. UFC canned sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- Onion leeks
- 2 tbsps. soy sauce
- 3 cups cooked spaghetti noodles
GARNISH
- Wansuy
PROCEDURE
- Heat up oil in a pan.
- Season the chicken with soy sauce and let sit foe a few minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine UFC Sweet Chili Sauce, oyster sauce, peanut butter and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Heat up oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms. Add garlic.
- Add the sauce mixture in the pan. Stir.
- Pour chicken stock and continue stirring.
- Toss the noodles into the chicken and the sauce. Make sure all the strands are coated with sauce.
- Add onion leeks and soy sauce and toss some more.
- Remove from pan and transfer to a serving plate.
- Garnish with fresh wansuy.
Chili Prawns
Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo prawns
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsps. cornstarch
- 3 tbsps. soy sauce
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 small sliced onion
- 3 tbsps. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 3 tbsps. UFC Hot & Spicy Banana Catsup
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 pc. sliced red bell pepper
- 1 sliced green chili
- 2 tbsps. calamansi juice
- Salt
- Oil
- 1 pc. egg
Garnish
