- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 500 g Pork Ribs, chopped
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Cayenne or Chilli Powder
- 1 pack UFC Ready Recipes Caldereta Mix
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1. Heat oil in pan. Brown Pork.
- 2. Season with Chilli Powder and Pepper.
- 3. Add UFC Ready Recipes Caldereta Mix and water.
- 4. Simmer until pork is tender.
- 5. Add Brown Sugar. Simmer until liquid turns to sauce.
