INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Tbsp Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Iodized Salt
- 1 can UFC Whole Corn Kernels, drained
- 4 cups of Cooked Rice
- 2 packs UFC Ready Recipes Mechado
- 1/2 cup water
- 200 g Quickmelt Cheese
PROCEDURE:
- 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add ground beef.
- 2. Season with salt and pepper, then cook until brown.
- 3. Add corn kernels, cooked rice, UFC Ready Recipes Mechado, and water. Mix.
- 4. Cook for 5 minutes
- 5. Top with Cheese. Cover for 5 minutes
