INGREDIENTS:
- 2-3/4 cups rice, washed and drained
- 1 pack (4 g ) WOW Sarap Seasoning
Red Sauce:

- 2 Tbsp HAPI FIESTA Oil
- ¼ kg ground pork
- ¼ kg canned giniling
- 250 g kalabasa, coarsely grated (1 cup)
- 1 stalk celery, diced (reserve leaves) optional
- 1 pack (500 g) UFC Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 Tbsp SILVER SWAN Soy Sauce
- 1 pack (8 g) WOW Sarap All-in-One Seasoning
White Sauce:
- ½ cup margarine
- 3 Tbsp flour
- ¾ cup evaporated milk
- ¾ cup water
- UFC Iodized Salt (to taste)
- ¾ cup grated cheese
- ½ cup grated cooking cheese
PROCEDURE:

- 1. Rice: Add 3 cups water to rice, then add Wow Sarap Seasoning. Cover and simmer until
cooked. Set aside. - 2. Red Sauce: Saute meat in Hapi Feista Oil for 10 minutes, or until the meat oils off. Add
vegetables, UFC Spaghetti Sauce, Wow Sarap Seasoning, and Silver Swan Soy Sauce.
Cover and simmer for 8 minutes. Set aside. - 3. White Sauce: Melt margarine in pan. Stir in flour, then gradually add milk with continuous
stirring. Add water. Simmer over low heat and stir continuously for 5 minutes, or until
thickened. Set aside.
- 1. Rice: Add 3 cups water to rice, then add Wow Sarap Seasoning. Cover and simmer until
- 4. Assembly: Combine rice and half of spaghetti sauce. Divide rice, sauces and cheese into
two. - 5. In a heat proof pan (9×11 inch or any size), arrange alternate layers of rice, cheese, red sauce,
and white sauce. Repeat layering at least twice. Top with cheese and cooking cheese. - 6. If desired, bake/ broil until cheese melts. If oven is not available, heat inside covered
casserole/frying pan (kawali) until cheese melts. - 7. Top with shredded celery leaves if desired.
