INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Onions – Chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic – Minced
- 1/4 cup Tenga Ng Daga – Rehydrated And Chopped
- 1/4 cup Shitake Mushrooms – Rehydrated And Chopped
- 1/2 cup Black Tokwa – Diced
- 1/4 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce
- 1 pinch spice powder
- 1.5 tbsp Cilantro
- 1 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 2 pc Egg White
- 1 tsp Lumpia wrapper
- 1 tbsp Datu Puti White Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp Onions – Chopped for the Sauce
- 1/2 pc Sili Labuyo
PROCEDURE:
1. For the Sauce: Mix all ingredients together and set aside
2. Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add mushrooms and black tokwa. Mix well and add sugar, soy sauce, 5 spice powder and season with salt and pepper.
3. Add cilantro before turning off the heat.
4. Set aside and cool completely. Add in egg white
5. Put 3 tbsp of filling in lumpia wrapper nd seal with egg whites.
6. Deep fry until golden brown and serve with sauce
