Buco Pandan & Corn Cooler

Ingredients:

  1. 1 can ( 450 g ) UFC Whole Kernel Corn
  2. 3-1/2 cups Merci Buco Locally Coconut Water with Pandan Flavor (chilled)
  3. 1/3 cup sugar
  4. ½ cup evaporated milk (chilled)
  5. 1/8 tsp green pandan flavoring (optional)
  6. 1-2 cups ice cubes

Procedure:

  1. 1. Using a fork, crush ½ cup of UFC Corn kernels .
  2. 2. Add all remaining ingredients on a pitcher. Mix well.
  3. 3. Add ice cubes, stir and serve immediately
