INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg alimango (large crabs)
- 1/4 cup Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
- 2 tbsp garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tbsp ginger, sliced
- 1 tbsp tanglad (white stalks), chopped
- 1 pc small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Jufran red hot chili sauce
- 1/2 cup UFC tomato sauce, Filipino style
- 3/4 cup Jufran sweet chili sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp UFC iodized salt
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 pc egg, beaten
PROCEDURE:
1. Clean and prepare crab. Set aside.
2. Heat oil. Sauté garlic, ginger, tanglad, and onion. Add hot chili sauce, tomato sauce, sweet chili sauce, and water. Cover, let it boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add crab. Season with salt and sugar. Cover and simmer until cooked through, 10-15 minutes depending on the size of the crab.
4. Add egg and stir. Turn off heat. Serve.
