INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 pack UFC Crab and Corn
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tsp UFC ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp UFC Hapi Fiesta vegetable oil
- 1 pc egg
- 1 cup water
- 2 cup Cabbage, shredded
- 0 NaN Sauce
- 1 cup UFC Banana Catsup
- 1/2 cup Silver Swan Old English Worcestershire sauce
PROCEDURE:
1. Okonomiyaki Mixture: Mix 1/2 Pack UFC Crab and Corn Soup, Water, Flour, Oil, Egg and season with ground pepper until batter like consistency.
2. Add Cabbage. Mix.
3. Cooking: Pre-heat oiled pan. Scoop mixture and add to pan. Cook like pancakes until lightly brown. Flip to cook other side. Set aside.
4. Sauce: Mix UFC Banana Catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
5. Spread Mayonnaise and sauce over Okonomiyaki.
