INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup UFC Hapi Fiesta Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 pcs Medium Eggs, Mixed with
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 67/100 cup All Purpose Flour, Mixed with
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
PROCEDURE:
1. Grease a 5”x 8” pan with oil. Sprinkle it with flour. Set aside.
2. Using wire whisk or 2 forks, beat oil and sugar until well blended. Add eggs and continue beating until well incorporated and light yellow in color.
3. Add flour mixture and beat well. Pour into the pan. Put on a tray and bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
4. If using a preheated oven toaster, cover the cake with 3 layers of aluminium foil. Put on a tray and bake for 13 minutes. Let it stay in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove cover and cool.
