INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 kg ground pork [Filling]
- 1/4 kg shrimp, peeled and chopped [Filling]
- 1/2 cup singkamas, chopped [Filling]
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil [Filling]
- 1/4 cup water [Filling]
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch [Filling]
- 1/2 tsp UFC Iodized salt [Filling]
- 1/2 tbsp ginger, minced [Filling]
- 1 tbsp green onion, chopped [Filling]
- 45 pcs wonton wrapper
- 1 pc egg, beaten
- 2 cups Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 1/2 cup UFC Banana catsup
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine filling ingredients and mix very well.
2. Brush the edge of a wonton wrapper with egg wash and fill the center with ½ tablespoon of filling.
3. Fold dumpling in half, making sure to get rid of any air pockets before completely sealing. Dip one corner of the dumpling in egg wash. Bring both corners into the center of the dumpling and seal together.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all filling and wrappers have been used.
5. Heat oil. Fry dumplings until golden brown. Serve with banana catsup.
