INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Rice, pre-washed
- 1 cup Water
- 100 g Luncheon meat
- 1 pack UFC Fun Chow Kimchi Rice Mix (25 g)
- 1/2 cup Water for dissolving kimchi rice mix
- 1 pc Egg, beaten
- 1 pack Nori / Seaweed Sheets (optional)
PROCEDURE:
1. In a rice cooker, add pre-washed rice and water.
2. Cover rice cooker. Plug and press cook.
3. While cooking, dissolve UFC Fun Chow Kimchi rice mix in water.
4. Once finished and in warm setting, add UFC Fun Chow Kimchi rice mixture and luncheon meat.
5. Add beaten egg. Cover and allow to cook while in warm setting for 5 minutes.
6. Mix until egg and meat are evenly distributed.
7. Serve and enjoy.
*Notes: Rice cup, commonly known as takal, is a 180 mL cup usually included with rice cookers.
**May opt to serve with nori/seaweed sheets.
