INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g Pork Shoulder
- 1/2 cup UFC Banana Catsup
- 33/100 cup Brown Sugar
- 1.5 tbsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce
PROCEDURE:
1. Dump all ingredients in rice cooker pot. Mix to coat meat evenly.
2. Plug rice cooker and press ‘cook’. Cook for 25 minutes or until meat is fully cooked and glazed. Stir occasionally or after every 12 minutes.
3. Once cooked, unplug rice cooker. Serve and eat while hot.
