INGREDIENTS:
- 300 g medium size shrimps, trimmed
- 3 cups rice wash or water
- 1 pc medium onion, sliced
- 3 pc tomatoes, sliced
- 1 pc radish (150 g), peeled and sliced
- 100 g sitaw, cut up
- 2 pc siling haba
- 1 tbsp Jufran Thai fish sauce
- 4 g Wow sarap all in one seasoning mix
- 1 bunch kangkong, cut up (3 cups)
- 20 g UFC sinigang sa sampalok mix
PROCEDURE:
1. Wash shrimps thoroughly. Drain.
2. Boil rice wash with onion, tomatoes, radish, sitaw, sili, fish sauce, and all-in-one Seasoning. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add shrimps, kangkong, and sinigang mix. Allow to simmer until shrimps are cooked.
