INGREDIENTS:
- 5 cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 2 tbspGolden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 1/4 cup Margarine
- 2 cans UFC Garden Fresh Whole Button Mushrooms,
- Drained (400 g)
- 2 tbsp Adobo Sauce/ Datu Puti Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Datu Puti Cane Vinegar
- 1/2 pack Wow Sarap All-In-One Seasoning Granules (4 g)
- 1/8 tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- 1 stalk Onion Leek, Sliced
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic in margarine and palm oil.
2. Add mushroom, adobo sauce, vinegar, seasoning granules, and ground pepper. Stir for 5 minutes.
3. Add leeks.
