INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger, strip
- 3 pcs tomato, sliced
- 6 tbsp Golden FIesta Palm Oil
- 1 pc chicken Bouillon cube
- 1 whole chicken, cut into serving portions
- 3 tbsp Datu Puti Patis Flavor, to taste
- 1/4 tbsp UFC Ground Pepper
- 1.5 cups water
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, and tomato. Add chicken bouillon cube and chicken that were cut into serving portions. Cook until the chicken is light brown.
2. Add fish sauce, pepper, and water. Simmer until cooked.
