INGREDIENTS:
- 12 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp margarine/ butter
- 1/4 cup Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 1/2 cup tinapa, fried and flaked
- 1/4 cup UFC Golden Sweet whole corn kernel, drained
- 1/4 cup UFC Garden Fresh green peas, drained
- 1/4 cup UFC Banana Catsup
- 6 cups cooked rice
- 1 pack (8g) Silver Swan Wow Sarap all-in-one seasoning granules
- 1 pc egg
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic in margarine and palm oil for 2 minutes. Set aside half of sauteed garlic. Continue cooking the half until golden brown. Set aside as garnish.
2. Return half of the sauteed garlic into the pan. Add tinapa, corn, and green peas. Sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Add banana catsup. Allow to simmer.
4. Add rice and seasoning granules. Add egg. Cook with occasional stirring for 10 minutes or until well incorporated.
5. Transfer rice to a platter. Top with reserved toasted garlic. Serve.
