Pinoy Bibimbap
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
- 2 pc egg,( fried sunny side up)
- 2 cups cooked rice
MEAT TOPPING
- 1/4 kg ground pork
- 2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Pinoy Spice Vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp UFC Whole Pepper, crushed
- 1 Tbsp UFC Banana Catsup
VEGETABLES
- 2 Tbsp UFC Pieces and Stems Mushrooms
- ½ pc cucumber , sliced
- 2 Tbsp carrot strips
- ¼ cup togue
- ¼ cup shredded cabbage
- SAUCE :
- 2 Tbsp UFC Banana Catsup, mixed with
- 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Oyster Sauce
PROCEDURE
- Combine ingredients for meat topping. Mix well. Saute in Golden Fiesta Oil until cooked. Set aside.
- Scoop rice into bowls . Top with sautéed meat , vegetables and egg.
Tortang Talong with Giniling
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pc small onion, chopped
- 1 p¼ kg ground pork
- 2 Tbsp chopped red bell pepper
- 2-1/2 Tbsp DATU PUTI Oyster Sauce
- ¼ tsp UFC Iodized Salt
- ¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- 4 pc eggplant , grilled or boiled (use with peel)
- 2 pc eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp each UFC Iodized Salt and UFC Ground Pepper
- ¼ cup UFC Banana Catsup (dip)
PROCEDURE
- Saute garlic , onion and pork for 5 minutes. Add bell pepper , DAtu Puti Oyster Sauce , UFC Pepper and UFC Salt. Cook for 5 more minutes. Set aside.
- Combine eggs and flour. Season with UFC Salt and UFC Pepper . Add to meat mixture . Set aside.
- Cut open the eggplant lengthwise to form a “pocket”. Heat Golden Fiesta Oil in pan .
- Put eggplant with opening side up. Scoop about ¼ cup of meat mixture into Cook until mixture has set. Flip to brown the top. Drain. Serve with UFC Banana Catsup.
Burger Steak
INGREDIENTS
Batter
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 pc. egg
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Burger Mixture
- 1/4 kilo ground pork
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 pc. onion
- Cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp. Datu Puti Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Datu Puti Oyster sauce
- Cooking oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsps. Datu Puti Soy sauce
- 2 tbsps. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. UFC Banana ketchup
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Cracked black pepper
Sidings
- Sweet corn
- Carrots
- Baguio beans
- Spring onions
PROCEDURE
- In a small bowl, combine beaten egg, breadcrumbs and evaporated milk. Mix well and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine ground pork, garlic, onion, black pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix all the ingredients until well incorporated.
- Add the batter in the meat mixture and continue mixing until it reaches a sticky consistency.
- Heat up oil in a pan. Scoop around ¾ cup of meat mixture and form into a patty. Pan-fry for 3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved.
- In a separate pan, make the barbecue glaze. Put soy sauce, brown sugar, banana catsup, butter and black pepper. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Transfer the burger patties in the pan with sauce and coat the patties with barbecue sauce.
- Remove from pan and transfer in a serving plate. Put sweet corn, carrots and baguio beans as sidings and garnish with spring onions.
