Chicken in a Pot

INGREDIENTS

PROCEDURE

  1. Wash rice and drain. Add water and cook until done.  Set aside, keep warm.
  2. Saute star anise until fragrant. Add garlic, ginger chorizo and chicken.  Saute for 5 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Add WOW Sarap Seasonings , carrot, mushrooms (soak first if using dried), Datu Puti Fish Sauce and UFC Pepper. Cook for 3 minutes. Pour on top of rice.
  4. Combine ingredinets for sauce . Simmer for 1 minute. Pour over chicken then toss until well blended.  Top with leeks .

Egg Foo Yong with Chicken Strips

INGREDIENTS

PROCEDURE

  1. Saute garlic, onion and chicken for 5 minutes.  Add Datu Puti Oyster Sauce, Datu Puti Soy Sauce, UFC Salt, UFC Pepper and bell peppers. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  2. Beat eggs. Add chicken mixture .  Scoop every  ¼ cup and fry until golden. Set aside.
  3. Combine ingredients for sauce. Simmer  until thicken. Pour over cooked eggs.

Chicken Kilawin

PROCEDURE

  1. Mix chicken with brown sugar and Datu Puti Soy Sauce. Heat Golden Fiesta Oil in pan. Pan-grill chicken until brown on both sides. Cut into cubes .
  2. Mix remaining ingredients. Add chicken. Toss well.
