Paksiw na Bangus with Tausi
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pc (400-500 g) bangus , sliced into 5
- 2 Tbsp sliced ginger
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 small pc onion, sliced
- 2 pc sili pansigang
- ½ cup SILVER SWAN Vinegar
- ¾ cup water
- 3 Tbsp SILVER SWAN Salted Black Beans (tausi)
- ¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- ½ pack (4 g pack) WOW Sarap All-in One Seasoning Granules
- 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Fish Sauce
- 1 pc (200 g ) eggplant, sliced
- 1 pc (200 g) ampalaya , seeded and sliced
PROCEDURE:
- Put ginger, garlic and onion in pan. Arrange bangus on top. Add remaining ingredients except ampalaya. Simmer uncovered for 8 minutes.
- Add ampalaya. Simmer for another 5 minutes or until cooked
Squid in Black Pepper Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking oil
- 1 pc. small julienned red bell pepper
- 1 pc. sliced onion
- 1 tbsp. chopped ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 kilo Squid
- 2 tbsp. young corn
- 1 1/2 tbps. oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Slurry (Cornstarch & Water)
- 2 tbsp. Silver Swan Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Silver Swan Salted Black Beans or Tausi
- 1 tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
- Onion leeks
- Water
PROCEDURE
- Heat up a pan, add cooking oil.
- Sauté the bell pepper, onions, ginger and garlic.
- Add the sliced squid and let it cook.
- Put the young corn.
- In a bowl, mix the oyster sauce, brown sugar, slurry and Silver Swan Soy Sauce. Stir and pour it in the pan.
- Season with cracked black pepper.
- Add the Silver Swan Salted Black Beans or Tausi, onion leeks and a little water to dilute the sauce. Stir and let it simmer for a bit.
- Transfer to a serving plate and top with onion leeks.
Sweet and Sour Pampano
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pc. Pampano Fish
- Cooking oil
- 1/2 small julienned carrot
- 1 pc. small julienned red bell pepper
- 1 pc. white onion
- 1/2 bottle Silver Swan Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Silver Swan Soy Sauce
- Cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp. sliced spring onions
PROCEDURE
- In a pan, heat up oil. Sauté carrots, bell peppers and onions.
- Add the Silver Swan Sweet Chili Sauce, Silver Swan Soy Sauce and cracked black pepper. Stir and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Pour it in a plate with fried pampano or any fish available.
- Add onion leeks as garnish.
Camaron Rebosado
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 kilo ground pork
- 1 pc chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. grated carrots
- 2 tbsp. chopped shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tsp. 5-spice powder
- 1/2 tbsp. white sugar
- Cracked Black pepper
- 1/2 sachet Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules
- 1 tbsp. Silver Swan Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped prawns
- 1 egg
- 6 tbsp. flour
- 5 pcs. Prawns
- 2 – 6 tbsps flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- 1/2 sachet Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules
- Cooking Oil
PROCEDURE
- In a bowl, mix the ground pork, carrots, onions, shiitake mushrooms, 5-spice powder, white sugar, cracked black pepper, Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning, chopped shrimp meat and Silver Swan Soy Sauce. Mix.
- After mixing, add egg and flour. Mix again until all the ingredients are properly combined and the texture of the meat is sticky. Set aside.
- Prepare bowls for flour with salt, another bowl for egg seasoned with Wow Sarap All-in-One seasoning and a bowl for breadcrumbs.
- To assemble, wet hand — so the meat mixture will not stick in our hands. Get a handful of meat mixture and place the shrimp dredged in flour in the middle and top again with meat mixture. And shape it.
- Dip it in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Make sure to fully coat it.
- In a pan with cooking oil, deep-fry the camaron rebosado in medium heat until the color turns brown and the meat is cooked through.
- After frying, the camaron rebosado cool down before slicing it. Transfer to a serving plate.
