INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pcs tokwa
- 1/2 tbsp all-in-one seasoning granules
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pc onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pc laurel
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 bunches kangkong (450 g), use leaves and tender stalks only
PROCEDURE:
1. Season tokwa with all-in-one seasoning.
2. Fry in cooking oil until golden brown.
3. Cut into cubes. Set aside.
4. In a separate pan, saute garlic and onion in oil.
5. Add remaining ingredients except kangkong. Simmer for 3 minutes.
6. Add kangkong. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, or until cooked.
7. Add tokwa.
