INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg medium squid, cleaned and sliced (option to keep ink)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pc medium onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup Datu Puti White Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce
- 3 pcs medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 tsp UFC Ground Pepper
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, and tomatoes.
2. Add Squid, vinegar and water then simmer until squid is tender.
3. Add soy sauce and pepper to season.
