INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tbs SILVER SWAN SOY SAUCE
- 1/2 cup DATU PUTI VINEGAR
- 1 cup Water
- 1 small onion, finely sliced
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 1 blossom puso ng saging, chopped
- 2 pinch Pepper
- 2 pcs tomatoes, chopped, to garnish
- 2 pcs Kalamansi
PROCEDURE:
1. Chop the puso ng saging lengthwise. In a bowl with the juice of 2 kalamansi, soak the chopped puso.
2. In a pan, bring 1 cup of water to a simmer. Add the puso and cover with more water.
3. After five minutes, add the onions, garlic, Silver Swan Soy Sauce and Datu Puti Vinegar and pepper. Do not mix it.
4. Simmer the puso until its cooked.
