INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pc onion, sliced
- 100 g ground pork
- 1/4 cup Datu Puti White Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce
- 1 pc UFC Laurel
- 1/4 tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 kg sitaw, ends trimmed then cut into 3 inch pieces
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, and pork.
2. Add remaining ingredients, except sitaw. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add sitaw. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until cooked.
