INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans (130 g each ) Vienna sausage , drained (reserve broth)
- 1 pouch (50 g ) UFC Ready Recipe Menudo/Afritada Mix
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 pc small red bell pepper, sliced
- ¼ cup UFC Green Peas
- Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
PROCEDURE
- 1. Stir fry sausage in oil until slightly brown. Set aside.
- 2. Simmer potatoes, and bell pepper in sausage broth and UFC Ready Recipe Sauce until potatoes are cooked. Add sausage and UFC Green Peas. Allow to simmer.
