Afritada ala Vienna

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 cans (130 g each ) Vienna sausage , drained (reserve  broth)
  2. 1 pouch (50 g ) UFC Ready Recipe Menudo/Afritada Mix
  3. 1 cup diced potatoes
  4. 1 pc small red bell pepper, sliced
  5. ¼ cup UFC Green Peas
  6. Golden Fiesta Palm Oil

PROCEDURE

  • 1. Stir fry sausage in oil until slightly brown. Set aside.
  • 2. Simmer potatoes, and bell pepper  in sausage broth and UFC Ready Recipe Sauce  until potatoes are cooked.  Add sausage and UFC Green Peas.  Allow to simmer.
