INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pcs whole chicken, cut into serving portions
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1/4 cup palm oil, as needed
- 1/2 kg white onion, chopped
- 1 pc garlic, crushed
- 1/8 kg red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/8 kg green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 pcs laurel leaves
- 4 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 kg potato, half fried
- 1 cup green olives
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup red wine
PROCEDURE:
1. Coat chicken pieces with flour and shallow fry until golden brown.
2. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic, then add remaining ingredients. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add chicken. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Serve.
