INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg prawns
- 1/2 cup crab aligue
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp cracked pepper
- 1 pc chopped garlic
PROCEDURE:
1. Clean prawns and wash.
2. Stir fry garlic and aligue in a pan.
3. Mix in egg yolk to create a thick sauce then add patis.
4. Combine prawns and simmer until cooked.
5. Season with pepper.
