INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 5 tbsp Garlic – Minced
- 5 tbsp Young Ginger – Julienned
- 1/2 cup Ground Pork
- 1/2 cup Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp Red Onions – Chopped
- 5 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Gochujang / Chili Paste
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 8 tbsp Chicken Stock/Water
- 1 tbsp Cilatnro
- 1/8 tsp Five Spice Powder
- 1 tbsp Rice Wine
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 pinch Salt and Pepper
- 70 g Sotanghon
- 1 tsp Cilantro – For Garnish
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
PROCEDURE:
1. Deep fry sotanghon in very hot oil until crispy.
2. In another pan, saute onions and ginger in oil
3. Add pork and beef. When meats are browned add the rest of the ingrdients
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Off heat add half of the cilantro and sesame oil
6. Top sauteed mixture over crispy noodles and garnish with more cilantro leaves
7. Sprinkle sesame seeds
