INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pc egg
- 5 pcs bacon strips
- 1/100 UFC Fun Chow Meaty Yang Chow
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 2 cups left over rice
- 80 g quick melting cheese
- 1/100 Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
PROCEDURE:
1. Fry the egg sunny side up then set aside.
2. Fry the bacon strips then set aside.
3. Using the same oil from the bacon, toss leftover rice and add in UFC Fun Chow Meaty Yang Chow. Set aside.
4. For the sauce, add in milk, cheese, butter, salt to taste, and paprika (optional). Set aside.
5. Plate with rice, egg, and sauce for the toppings
