BBQ Ribs

INGREDIENTS

  1. ½  kg slabs of pork ribs (4 inch)
  2. 1 bot (350 mL) Datu Puti BBQ- rrific Barbecue Marinade
  3. 1 cup UFC BAnana Catsup
  4. 1 cup brown sugar
  5. 1 tsp UFC Ground Pepper 
  6. 1-1/2 cups water

PREPARATION

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a pan,  Stir. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes or until tender.  Drain, reserve sauce.
  • 2. Charcoal-grill meat , while basting with sauce,  until brown. Serve with remaining sauce.
