INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg beef ribs
- 4 g seasoning mix
- 3 cups rice water or water
- 1 pc small onion, sliced
- 1 cup caldereta mix
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 bunch sitaw (1 cup), sliced
- 1 pc siling haba
- 100 g radish, peeled and sliced
- 20 g sinigang sa sampalok mix
- 1 bunch kangkong (3 cups), cut up
PROCEDURE:
1. Wash beef thoroughly. Drain. Mix with seasoning granules.
2. Boil and stew for 1 to 2 hours then add caldereta mix.
3. Boil water with onion and tomato. Add beef caldereta and fish sauce. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes or until pork is tender.
4. Add sitaw, sili, and radish. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Add sinigang mix and kangkong. Allow to simmer.
