INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 1/2 kg beef sirloin, sukiyaki cut (cut into strips)
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pc medium white onion, diced
- 1 pc sili sigang, sliced
- 2 tbsp liver spread
- 1 tsp Silver Swan Old English Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp UFC pepper, cracked
- 4 g Wow Sarap all-in-one seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chicharon, crushed
PROCEDURE:
1. Season beef with Worcestershire sauce, pepper, seasoning mix, and garlic. Set aside for 30 minutes.
2. Saute beef over high heat until brown, add liver spread, then remove from heat.
3. Top with sili, onion, and chicharon. Garnish with mayonnaise if desired.
