INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg beef sirloin, sukiyaki cut, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
- 1.5 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 pc onion, sliced
- 1 cup carrot, sticks
- 1 pc green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 kg togue
- 1/2 tsp UFC Ground Pepper
- 1/2 tsp UFC Iodized Salt
- 6 cups rice cooked
- 2 tbsp UFC Soy Sauce [Marinade]
- 1/4 tsp UFC Iodized Salt [Marinade]
- 1/4 cup brown sugar [Marinade]
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate beef for 30 minutes. Stir fry in hot oil for 3 minutes. Set aside.
2. Sauté ginger and onion. Add remaining vegetables. Season with soy Sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook over high heat for 3-5 minutes.
3. Serve as rice toppings, with beef and vegetables.
