INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 kg beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 1 tbsp rice wine [Marinade]
- 1/2 tsp sugar [Marinade]
- 1/2 tsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce [Marinade]
- 2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp water [Marinade]
- 2 tbsp Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 1 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 kg broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp Datu Puti Oyster sauce [Sauce]
- 1 tbsp Datu Puti Soy sauce [Sauce]
- 2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water [Sauce]
- 1/4 tsp sugar [Sauce]
- 1? UFC Iodized Salt (as needed)
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate beef overnight in the refrigerator. Stir fry until brown. Set aside.
2. In the same pan, saute garlic, ginger, and broccoli. Then add water.
3. Combine sauce ingredients. Add to the broccoli, then add beef mixture. Simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve.
