Burger Steak with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients :

  1. 1 can (400 g ) UFC Stems and Pieces Mushrooms, drained, reserve stock, squeezed and chopped
  2. ¼ kg ground beef
  3. 1 egg
  4. ½ cup breadcrumbs
  5. ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
  6. 1 large onion, chopped
  7. 1 stalk celery, chopped
  8. 1/2 tsp UFC Ground Pepper
  9. ½ tsp WOW Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules

Sauce:

  1. 2 Tbsp butter/ margarine
  2. 1 pack (50 g) UFC Gravy Sarap

Procedure:

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients except sauce. Mix well. Form into ¼ cup patties. Pan- grill in half of butter until brown on both sides.
  2. 2. Saute reserved mushrooms in butter. Add UFC Gravy and 2 tablespoons mushrooms stock. Allow to simmer. Serve with patties
