INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pc Boneless Bangus – Large
- 1 pack UFC Creamy Overload
- 3 tbsp Melting Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pinch Salt and Pepper to taste
PROCEDURE:
1. Soak bangus in ice water with salt for 15-20 mins
2. Prepare sauce: Simmer UFC Creamy Overload with melting cheese until thick
3. Rinse bangus and pat dry. Set over an oven safe plate
4. Spread cheese sauce over bangus then top with more melting cheese
5. Bake in a 350F pre heated oven for 30-40 mins, or until fish is cooked and cheese has browned
