INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg chicken thigh and legs, cut into serving portions
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce
- 5 tbsp Silver Swan Cane Vinegar
- 8 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp whole pepper, cracked
- 1 pc UFC Laurel
- 1/2 tsp Wow Sarap All in one seasoning mix
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes. Drain, reserve marinade.
2. Add marinade and water. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until almost dry.
