INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 kg chicken breast fillet, cut into cubes
- 5 tbsp Silver Swan Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pc onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp salted black bean (tausi), mashed
- 1/2 pc red bell pepper, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp UFC Garden Fresh Mushroom, pieces and stem
- 2 tbsp carrot, strips
- 1/4 cup cauliflower, sliced
- 1/4 cup UFC Garden Fresh Young Corn, cuts
- 1/4 cup sitsaro
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 g Wow Sarap all in one seasoning mix [Sauce]
- 2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 cup water [Sauce]
- 1 tsp sugar [Sauce]
PROCEDURE:
1. Mix chicken with ¼ cup of soy sauce and cornstarch. Sauté in oil until cooked. Set aside chicken.
2. In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion, ginger, and salted bean. Add remaining ingredients, except sauce. Cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add sauce ingredients. Simmer until thick. Add chicken. Serve.
