INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g potato, cut into chunks
- 100 g carrot, cut into chunks
- 4 g Wow Sarap all-in-one seasoning granules (divided)
- 1 kg chicken, cut into serving portions
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pc small onion, sliced
- 1 pc small ginger, sliced
- 2 tbsp UFC curry powder
- 1 pc medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 pack UFC Ready Recipes Gata Mix, dissolved in 1 cup of chicken broth or water
- 1/2 tsp UFC pepper, ground
- 1/4 cups Golden Fiesta Canola Oil, as needed
PROCEDURE:
1. Sprinkle potato and carrot with half of the seasoning granules. Fry in oil until done. Set aside. Retain only 2 tbsps of oil in the pan.
2. Season chicken with remaining seasoning granules. Set aside.
3. Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, and chicken. Saute for 10 minutes. Add curry powder, pepper, and gata mix. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add bell pepper and fried vegetables. Simmer once.
