INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg chicken thigh fillet
- 3 tbsp palm oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce [Marinade]
- 1/4 cup brown sugar [Marinade]
- 1 pc ginger, thumb-size and sliced [Marinade]
- 1/4 cup water [Marinade]
- 2 tbsp onion leek, chopped [Marinade]
- 1/4 cup togue [Toppings]
- 1/2 cup carrot, strips [Toppings]
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted [Toppings]
- 30 ml sesame oil [Toppings]
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes. Pan-grill in oil until brown and cooked. Slice and set aside.
2. Serve as rice toppings with sautéed vegetables and sesame seeds.
