INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 kg chicken breast fillet
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/100 UFC Golden Fiesta Canola Oil 1L SUP
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pc medium onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 1/2 pc sili pansigang, sliced
- 1/2 pc sili labuyo, sliced
- 1/2 pc red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 pc green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 pc lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp iodized salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
PROCEDURE:
1. Mix chicken with brown sugar and soy sauce. Heat oil in a pan. Pan-grill chicken until brown on both sides. Cut into cubes.
2. Mix remaining ingredients. Add chicken. Toss well.
3. Serve with egg in sizzling plate.
